I have spent my entire professional career supporting stakeholders in transportation and logistics.

 

With Cedex Services International, I analyzed requirements, produced specifications, managed the quality assurance team, and created user documentation for a container repair depot management system, including multiple-currency accounting (15 installations in 6 countries).

 

I lived in the Netherlands for two years to support the development of the Euromax greenfield terminal project. During 6 years with Navis, the industry leader in Terminal Operating System software, I participated as lead business analyst on 7 major N4 implementations, both green field and brown field terminals.

 

For Long Beach Container Terminal, I hosted workshops with trucking companies, defined requirements, wrote specifications, liased with offshore developers, tested and documented a custom trucker portal appointment interface.

 

So far, I have contributed to 15 successful TOS implementations in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, including 6 semi-automated or fully  automated terminals.
